Just returned from a 10-day trip to Brisbane and Gold Coast. Also visited Sunshine Coast. Diary products in Australia like milk and cheese are cheaper than in Singapore. However, eggs are more expensive - about S$0.50 each as compared to our S$0.15 each. This together with higher labour costs and taxes could translate into a higher pricing for confectionery there. A tart or a scone costs...
